This UK manufactured 300mm (12 Inch) power rotary head is British engineered and designed to fit onto the Rodtech Click (Push fit) system, to allow you to do the day to day cleaning of the smaller flues seemingly effortlessly. The design has a unique feature in that it can fit through a narrow gap such as bolted in baffles and dampers, which have been fitted in stoves and flues sometimes without sweeping access points. It also can fit through most firebox openings without the need to remove the plate.
This excellent rotary power head has been designed to be as effective at 100mm (5 inches) as it is at 200mm (8 inches). The six sided Co-polymer strands have been placed at precise points to protect the flue during the sweeping process, maintain structural integrity and increase durability, giving an unrivalled clean, no matter the flue or liner being swept compared with a traditional chimney brush.
The heads contain Co-polymer which aid the sweeping of the flues and ducts making them cleaner than ever before. They are six sided strands which generate flat sides to enhance the cleaning process but puts less stress on the flue than a traditional brush. As the heads can turn clockwise and counter-clockwise they are able to cover large and small chimneys with ease. The strands can be replaced so the heads can be used for years to come which over time make them far more cost effective than a traditional chimney rod brush.
Furthermore when rotary sweeping you only require a small selection of heads to cover all you're cleaning needs, saving you both space and time in choosing the right brush for the job. You no longer need to carry the vast range of sweeping brushes that are required by the traditional hand sweeping method. They also have the advantage of being able to expand to fit the chimney through centrifugal force which ensures a far larger filed of contact than the old brush system it replaces. The speed of the drill determines the force generated to clean the chimney. When sweeping with a drill it is always advised to use low speeds in very old chimneys and to always use battery power tools to safe guard yourself.
The Rodtech Click rotary power sweeping range was developed by experienced chimney sweeps in the UK and offers unparalleled products designed for rotary sweeping, manual sweeping(hand sweeping) and duct cleaning via an adapter standard chimney cleaning brushes and duct cleaning brushes can be fitted to the click system meaning that there is no twisting the rods together and them getting locked which makes the sweeping process much quicker. The rods are solid and the ends are crimped to the rods combined with the Click (push fit) system making it the best quality available.
