A great tool for creosote removal in clay tiles, class A pipe or heavy wall liner. 14" nominal loop size works up to 8x12 rectangular flues. Larger sizes (24" and 30") are stock items 7256 and 7257, respectively.
Cable loops get into the corners of square and rectangular flue tiles. Reverse the drill at the top to get cable loop to "walk" to the other side of the tile to clean all 4 corners and sides.
Use a drill with heavy duty chuck with clutch set to midway in case there is an unseen object encountered. 750 RPM is a good speed max.
Rugged U-Bolts with lock washers hold the cable tightly. When refilling use our drill adapter facing up in a vise to hold the cable whip then use our picture as a guide to easiest restring pattern through the U-Bolts.
Our products come with a 12 month replacement warranty. The warranty covers all non-wearable parts and joints on our Rodtech Click range. It does NOT cover misuse of equipment or when the equipment is used with the tile breakers It does not cover parts that will wear with use, such as head inserts (Co-polymer, Chain and Wire etc) You must read the manual for guidance. In the unlikely event you will ever need to use this warranty, you will be required to return the product to Rodtech or a Rodtech Agent before a replacement part is supplied (subject to being used in accordance with our user manual).
