Replacement Motor Brush for Two Stage High Powered Turbine Motor for One Motor RoVac (E-M). Comes with tools and instruction. Brushes last typically 800-1000 running hours. Overheating often, tripping shutoff, is a sign that brushes are worn out or filter is dirty. If motor stops working there is also a thermal protective circuit that gets tripped which could be the cause. Take the power cord out and remove the motor out of the tank to better cool it for 30 minutes and then test for function. While its out clean the filter well, it likely is dirty "face loaded" which reduces air flow causing the overheating.
Our products come with a 12 month replacement warranty. The warranty covers all non-wearable parts and joints on our Rodtech Click range. It does NOT cover misuse of equipment or when the equipment is used with the tile breakers It does not cover parts that will wear with use, such as head inserts (Co-polymer, Chain and Wire etc) You must read the manual for guidance. In the unlikely event you will ever need to use this warranty, you will be required to return the product to Rodtech or a Rodtech Agent before a replacement part is supplied (subject to being used in accordance with our user manual).
