1M x 8mm Brass mini click lock rods, for use in all flues up to 125mm (5") where access is very restricted.
These rods are the most flexible rods in our range, and yet are very strong. They have brass ferrules and are ideally suited to Gas and Oil flues.
With the 300mm Duct cleaning brush attached they will gain access through 25mm opening and sweep a 5" flue with ease.
The 8mm and 10mm mini click rods are compatible with each other.
We have two specifically designed heads to attach to the rods in the mini click lock range;
The 300mm Mini Click Duct cleaning Brush, ideally suited to use on oil, gas and solid fuel appliances.
The 100mm Steel Bio Duct Bullet Brush, Ideally suited to use with for use when cleaning Biomass boiler heat induction tubes.
Please be aware that these rods must be spun with movement up or down a flue, and not rotated in a static position, as should the rod be in contact with a sharp object such as a rain cap, they can be cut.**It is advised that the Rod guide be used with both the 8mm and 10mm rods to avoid potential cutting and scoring**
The Rodtech Click range offers high quality products designed for power sweeping, manual sweeping (hand sweeping), drain cleaning and duct cleaning via an adapter standard chimney cleaning brushes, drain cleaning ends and duct cleaning brushes can be fitted to the click system meaning that there is no twisting the rods together and them getting locked which makes the sweeping process much quicker. The rods are solid and the ends are crimped to the rods making the best quality available.
