2 Stage Motor for One Motor vacuum with thermal shut-off wire (wire available as a separate item, see #41329). High suction yet quiet. 120 CFM, 132" water column suction rated. Brushes are item 41300, one set will be installed in motor as supplied.
There are two gaskets that seal this vacuum within the one motor Rovac powerhead. Clean all areas that the gaskets contact the motor to get a sticky seal between the two. The bottom gasket is thicker, see picture, and has a modified "H" shape. The top gasket is "L" shaped and the lower leg of the "L" is thick. Position it as shown in the picture.
There is a third thinner L gasket sometimes used to take up additional space on the top of the standard "L" gasket. If the motor shuts off on its own it could be due to spinning of the motor within the power head which can disconnect the wires. This is the situation which is solved by putting in the thin L gasket on the top of the standard L gasket. This will cause the motor hold down plate to squeeze the motor very tightly preventing rotation. Cleaning carefully all contact areas between the gasket and motor is necessary always.
Our products come with a 12 month replacement warranty. The warranty covers all non-wearable parts and joints on our Rodtech Click range. It does NOT cover misuse of equipment or when the equipment is used with the tile breakers It does not cover parts that will wear with use, such as head inserts (Co-polymer, Chain and Wire etc) You must read the manual for guidance. In the unlikely event you will ever need to use this warranty, you will be required to return the product to Rodtech or a Rodtech Agent before a replacement part is supplied (subject to being used in accordance with our user manual).
